Right to Benefit from Services

 

Every person applying to our hospital has the right to benefit from all services without discrimination between language, religion, race or sect.

Our patients have the right to be informed about the diagnosis and treatment opportunities of our hospital and how to reach these services.

Right to Information and Approval

 

Our patients are entitled to receive full information through the language and method through which they can understand their health status, including their own or their legal representatives, the proposed medical interventions and the potential risks or benefits of each attempt, the alternatives proposed, the outcome of the treatment and the process to be developed. Our patients are entitled to receive a written copy of all medical registration procedures.

Information and approval of our patients, except for medical and legal obligations, risk of serious side effects related to the disease, risk of death, problems related to convalescence, etc. has the right to decide on the treatment to be applied after the information is given. Our patient is deemed to have accepted the approval of the procedures to be done if he / she uses this right.

Our patients and their families have the right to receive information about how to choose to donate organs and other tissues.

 

Right to Choose and Change Staff

 

Our patients have the right to know, select and change the identities, duties and titles of the doctors, nurses and other health personnel responsible for their treatment.

 

Right to Choose and Change Organization

 

Our patients have the right to choose and change the health institution and organization provided that they comply with the procedures and conditions stipulated by the legislation.

 

The Right to Deny and Stop the Treatment

 

The patient has the right to refuse or stop the treatment planned or applied to him / her, with the exception of the statutory conditions and the responsibility for the negative consequences that may arise.

 

Privacy Rights

 

Our patients have the right to receive services in an environment that is suitable for privacy during the whole treatment process.

The health status, medical status, and all personal information of all individuals admitted to our hospital are kept confidential even after death. This information may be explained by the patient's express permission or the court's final request.

Our patients have the right to be examined and treated in a respectful, compassionate and friendly environment by protecting their personal reputation at all times and under all circumstances.

The Right to Fulfill his Religious Credentials

 

Our patients have the right to exercise their religious obligations freely, regardless of religious differences and without prejudice to treatment.

 

Safety Rights

 

Necessary measures are taken by our hospital to protect and ensure the safety of life and property of patients, visitors and relatives.

 

Visitor Rights

 

Our patients have the right to receive visitors and to have an attendant in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by our hospital.

 

Right to Report Complaint / Opinion and Suggestion

 

The patient and the patient family have the right to initiate, review, finalize and notify the complaint mechanism in the hospital in case of violation of patient rights.

 

Examination and Treatment Costs

 

Our patients have the right to learn the treatment fees before and after the treatment and ask for a clear and detailed invoice for the costs they pay for the services they receive.

The patient / patient relatives are obliged to inform the health, social security and personal information in a timely manner.

Our patient is obliged to comply with the treatment plan recommended by the doctor in charge of his treatment and to accept the fulfillment of the care plan of the relevant health personnel in accordance with the doctor's instructions.

 

Rejecting Planned Treatment

 

Our patient is responsible for the consequences of rejecting the treatment planned by the doctor.

Compliance with Health Care Institution Rules

 

Our patients are responsible for complying with the rules and practices of our health institution.

The patients and their relatives are responsible for complying with the Ministry of Health regulations.

Patients and their relatives must respect the rights of hospital staff, other patients and visitors.

 

Respecting

 

Our patients are responsible for compliance with the precautions and rules that will be taken by the hospital in uncomfortable situations such as noise, visitor, smoke, which endangers the patients and their relatives within the health institution.

 

Infection Control

 

Our patients and relatives are responsible for being sensitive about all the measures proposed to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

 

Payment Liability

 

Our patients are responsible for paying the costs of examination and treatment. The patients and relatives who intentionally damage the fixtures and consumables have the responsibility to pay this.

 

Patient Visitor

 

Our patients have the responsibility to accept as few visitors as possible, not to bring food, drinks, use of belongings of other patients and to comply with hospital visit hours.
